Track an order

Every HALDEN order is sent by tracked delivery. Here's how to find out where yours is.

1. Use your tracking link

When your order is on its way, we email you a tracking link. If you can't see the email, check your spam or promotions folder.

2. View your order online

Your order confirmation email has a "View your order" button that shows your order's status and tracking. If you have an account, you can also sign in to see all your orders.

3. Ask us

Can't find your tracking link, or has your tracking stopped updating? Send us your order number using the form below and we'll check for you. For delivery times, see Delivery information.
